Following a break in taking on new business customers whilst we were busy expanding our empire into Newquay we are now back in business for new business.

Our business support services are suitable for all SMEs throughout the Mid-Cornwall area from single users up to medium sized businesses with 50 plus users, we also provide some ad hoc services to larger companies who have onsite IT but require occasional specialist installation, support or consultation.

We are a multi-skilled and qualified company that includes a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with over 15 year corporate IT contracting experience, Microsoft Certified Professionals and Apple Certified Technicians. The varied skill set within the business means we can provide a large range of services from user device repair (phones, tablets, laptops, desktops) right up to server and network installation and repair including advanced and virtualised systems. We are very experienced in systems upgrades to modernise and improve outdated systems.

Support can be provided on an ad-hoc basis, on a basic contract that provides monitoring and basic admin with additional work at a discounted rate or on a full support contract basis. Support services are provided in person, remotely or by dropping devices into one of our workshops.
